Resource Histograms show the overall work load for each resource throughout the project. 

By comparing histograms for various resources, you can determine which resource assignments can be adjusted to make a schedule as efficient as possible or to resolve an over-allocation of work.

To see the histogram for a resource:

Choose Resource Histogram from the Chart menu.



Choose Resource List from the Resource menu.



Select the name of the resource whose histogram you want to see.

Click OK.
